Case #20-0045104

Client seeks representation for a custody hearing on June 22, 2020, at 1:30 pm before Judge Diane Thompson concerning her 12-year-old daughter and 15-year-old son. The current custody order from February 2020 gives client primary physical custody, while the opposing party/father has the children Thursday afternoons until Sunday evenings. The parties share legal custody. The parties have been following the custody order, however, the father has been picking up the children from client’s home instead of school, since schools are currently closed. In August 2019, father filed a petition to modify the current custody order seeking primary physical custody of the two children. Client would like to keep the current order in place. Her goal is for the father to have the children every other weekend. A volunteer is needed to represent client at upcoming hearing because father is represented.
