Client seeks assistance at an eviction hearing, to be rescheduled, in Municipal Court. Client confirmed with the property manager that she wanted to renew her year lease which ended February 28, 2020. Client was then given notice in mid-February 2020 that the landlord would not renew. Client was unsuccessful in her attempt to find new housing before the end of the lease. Landlord denied the tenant’s request for more time in the property and filed for eviction. The eviction complaint seeks water/sewage bill, attorney fees, court costs and ongoing rent from the date of filing. Landlord is represented by Kenneth Baritz,
