Client seeks representation in an auto accident case, with a hearing still to be scheduled. The accident occurred in 2018, while client’s sister was driving client’s car. Client was not in the car, and did not have insurance for the vehicle at the time. The car was hit on the passenger’s side, as the other car was turning onto the street. The other car was occupied by two adults and young children. The plaintiff got out of her vehicle and threatened client’s sister, resulting in a brief physical altercation. They did not exchange any information, and did not call the police. Client’s sister left the scene after the plaintiff realized she had accidentally left her car in drive, and got back into her vehicle. A response was due to the complaint on 11/26; however, client was granted a 90 day extension to respond. Client’s sister is also named a defendant in the suit. An attorney is needed to respond to the complaint, and represent client at the hearing.
