Client seeks representation for a custody modification hearing scheduled for June 21, 2021, at 11:00 am. In 2013, a custody order was issued giving client and the child’s father 50/50 shared legal and physical custody. Client’s daughter is now sixteen-years-old and no longer wants to spend whole weeks with her father. Client is concerned that if her daughter is forced to follow the current custody order, she will run away from home. Client would like to modify the custody order so that the child’s father has physical custody on weekends only. Client and the child’s father have already had a hearing in front of a Hearing Officer during which the child’s father did not agree to the proposed modification. An attorney is needed to represent client at the hearing on June 21, 2021. Client understands that representation may be limited to the currently scheduled court dates, and she is willing to sign a pro se entry of appearance when the agreed upon representation is complete.
