Client fell behind on rent after her hours got cut at work, but she has been paying what she can. Landlord sent her a written notice, and she paid him, but got an eviction notice the next day. She never received information about the eviction diversion program. Client has other defenses available. Ideally, she would like to settle outside of court, negotiate an affordable payment arrangement, and stay in the apartment.
