Client would like a volunteer to represent her at an arbitration hearing on January 30, 2024 at 9:15 AM. Client is being sued by Discover Bank for late credit card payments totaling just over $$8,000. Client was unable to pay when one of her incomes stopped coming in due to the pandemic. Client attempted to work with a debt consolidation agency but could not afford to continue doing so. Client was served on April 20, 2023 and she filed a Pro Se answer to the complaint with the Court on May 9, 2023. Client seeks to negotiate the fees down so that she may enter into a payment plan.
