Disabled 64-year-old client seeks assistance with a quiet title action based on adverse possession. More than fifteen years ago, client found a property that was abandoned. She moved in and started making repairs. She pays utilities and she is in an Owner-Occupied Payment Agreement. VIP has done preliminary research on the deceased record owner of the property, and has identified two administrators for his estate. Client needs to obtain title so that she can take out a loan to finish repairing the property. A volunteer is needed to file a quiet title action against the proper parties, and represent client throughout the case.
