Friendly, responsible client needs an attorney to guide him through obtaining title to his home. Client bought the house in 1997 and has lived there ever since, but his mother’s name is on the title. Client’s mother died intestate in 2019, leaving behind 5 children as heirs. All living heirs have signed renunciation letters and are willing to convey their interest. Client has already filled out a Tangled Title Fund (TTF) application to assist with the probate and title transfer costs. A volunteer is needed to assist Client with probating his mother’s estate and drafting a deed that transfers title to the client. Client speaks Spanish; interpreters available upon request.
