Devoted mother needs a volunteer to represent her in Municipal Court in a collections matter on December 19, 2024 at 10am. Client is being sued by debt buyer, Absolute Resolutions Investments LLC, for about $3500. After falling behind on her bills during the pandemic, Client took out a $3000 personal loan from lender, Prosper, around March 2021. Client’s car then broke down and, due to the expense, she fell behind on paying back the loan. Client’s goal is to negate or negotiate down the debt as much as possible as she can only afford a very low payment plan at this time. A volunteer is needed to represent the Client throughout the case.
