Hearing on December 6th @ 12:45 pm. Disabled client lives alone. Client owes 17 months of rent. Client was robbed and the thief took his car and his working papers. He is unable to work until his visa issue is resolved, which is why he got behind on rent. Landlord does not have a valid rental license for 7 months of unpaid rent requested. Client’s landlord did not give him a Certificate of Rental Suitability or Partners for Good Housing Handbook. Client would like to pay and stay. Landlord is represented by Todd Baritz, Esq.
