Megan Watson is a partner at BKW Family Law, LLC, a boutique, women-owned family law firm. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, having received her B.A. from Muhlenberg College and her J.D. from Temple University School of Law. Megan is passionate about children, family, and civility and enjoys helping clients resolve legal issues as quickly and amicably as possible.
She is a past chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Family Law Section and a current member of the Civil Gideon Task Force, co-chairing the family law working group. Megan also serves as an Investigator for the Bar’s Judicial Commission. In addition, she sits on the Board of Advisors for Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts and for CORA-Good Shepherd Mediation.
As Board President, she is hoping to encourage more board engagement in VIP and expand our volunteer base. Megan is looking forward to working with the current board members as well as community leaders.

Germain is a former business owner who brings his first-hand experience as an entrepreneur and employer to bear on his practice at Cozen O’Connor. He regularly assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and start-up guidance.
Germain has a passion for innovation that allows him to connect on a personal level with entrepreneurial, forward-looking clients. While in law school, he interned with Philadelphia VIP.

Steve T. Park is a co-leader of Ballard Spahr’s P3/Infrastructure Group and is a partner in the Public Finance Group. He is a public-private partnership (P3) lawyer who routinely advises public entities, private developers, and lenders in all phases of transportation, infrastructure, energy, social infrastructure, innovative delivery, and P3 projects.
Philadelphia VIP has been a large part of his practice from day one. He is excited to support VIP in every way possible. Steve won the Promoting Community Economic Development Award during the 40th Anniversary Gala.
Assistant General Counsel | TE Connectivity
Matthew Pilcher is the Assistant General Counsel for TE Connectivity Ltd. He is the lead securities law and governance counsel as well as the legal counsel for executive compensation and equity-related matters. Matthew also is a member of the TE Connectivity Pro Bono Council.
He has been volunteering with VIP since 2005 and is excited to support VIP in a new way.
