Client seeks assistance with a deed transfer to obtain title to her home. Currently, the property is in the name of client’s grandmother, who passed away in 2022. Client’s grandmother had three children: clients uncle, aunt, and mother. Client’s uncle predeceased his mother and had no children. Client’s mother and aunt are willing to sign over their interests in the property to client. Client is the personal representative of her grandmother’s estate and has obtained Letters of Administration. A volunteer is needed to draft a deed transferring title to client.
