Due to temporary office closures, this clinic will be converted to phone consultations in lieu of an in-person event. Attorneys will be assigned a client and will receive further instructions the week of March 23rd. VIP’s Small Business and Nonprofit Coordinator, Ivelisse (Evy) Cruz, will send the attorneys background information on their clients before the consultation. We expect all client-attorney matches to keep to the original time-frame of 5-7pm on Thursday, March 26th. If either party needs to reschedule for a different time/date, Evy will facilitate that change.

Your small business may be eligible for this event if:
- The business is located in/based out of Philadelphia.
- The household income of the business owner(s) is less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
